Postage & Refunds
Your order will be sent once payment is received. If payment is made using direct bank payment, please allow one day for payment to be cleared (Our bank account details are sent via email once order is placed).
Items are posted with NZ Post. PLEASE MAKE SURE CORRECT POSTAGE IS SELECTED AS TO AVOID DELAYS.
Once dispatched from our depot delivery times within North Island generally take 1-3 days. South Island 3-5 days. An email will be sent with confirmation your order has been dispatched.
Delivery costs are quoted from NZ Post based on their current prices as of 1st July 2024.
If your order is urgent or required by a specific date, please let us know by email contact.
Please notify us by email if goods have not arrived as notified.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
If goods arrive damaged or incomplete – Please email us. Items may be required to be returned to us before your order is replaced.
If you would like to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours from purchase and you will receive a full refund excluding credit card fees. If your order has been dispached, you must return the item in it’s full original packaging, at your own cost, within 12 days of delivery.
